Gunasekhar Has No Idea About Andhra And Kerala?

The impact of ‘Varudu’ has been so much on the crowds in a negative way that they cannot stop talking about the man behind this. He is none other than director Gunasekhar and here is one more observation which has begun to make rounds and seems to make a lot of sense.

Many are saying that Gunasekhar seems to be in no position to differentiate between Andhra and Kerala. Take for instance, the design of the Mandapam, it is without doubt that the art director Ashok came up with an excellent work but then the flavor of Kerala was seen strongly.

The scene with the groom arriving on the elephant, white sarees with golden borders of ladies and white lungis with golden borders of the gents, the musical beat of the orchestra, all this showed more of a Malayalam wedding than a Telugu wedding. Wonder what was going on in Guna’s mind…
